Terra Verde Services offer a set of guidelines for the successful completion of application development and deployment projects founded on six distinct phases, each of which are deliverables.
Terra Verde Services methodology includes the development of a comprehensive and robust Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) which will define the functional requirements that the system will need to address but also be the basis for all detailed design documentation, and testing at the unit, system, and user acceptance level.

Terra Verde Services methodology is all inclusive and supports both build and buy processes including the development of RFI/RFP collateral for customized and purchased solutions.
