Hoyt L Kesterson II - Senior Consultant
Hoyt has over 40 years of experience. He has chaired several international standardization committees producing fundamental standards that are at the heart of deployed directory services, and the public key infrastructure (PKI) that supports SSL and digital signatures. For digital signature, encryption, and associated security areas such as privacy, he has worked with the American Bar Association, international, federal, and state agencies, and within industry sectors such as banking and healthcare, leading to the adoption of laws and regulations, e.g. E-sign, and HIPAA.
